Home Search Assistent

Any help with Home Search Assistent, it took over my
machine and I can't get rid of it. Are you guys working on
this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Also:

1) Submit suspected spyware report in the tools menu of Antispyware
2) Reboot in safe mode and run a deep scan
3) Run antivirus (with current definitions) while you are in safe mode.
