using Windows XP Media edition. I am the main users of the PC and can
access the internet just fine. When another user logs in (also setup as
administrator) they get errors on pages, etc. Also that user cannot change
their Internet Options and cannot access the Help menu from the Start button
in windows. WHY and how to fix

The only thing that comes to mind, is that even thou you raised their account
to admin level, you may not have also put them in the admin group, thus not
giving them authority of admin.
