What is the proceedure for securing and unsecuring my home page?
When I go to Internet Options, the selection to change my home page is
shaded so I don't have that option available. Is there a setting somewhere
that I can change this?
I secured it some time ago and I don't remember how I did it.
Now I want to change my home page and can't.
I do not have any spyware.

Hi anothen :)

Try the following and see if it helps:

Unlock My Homepage - Free
http://www.3ee.com/unlock.asp

also...

Open Spybot in Advanced mode and check the Immunize settings. You may
have placed this restriction inadvertently.

If the above does not work, then try the following:

If not ... go to Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Scroll down to
"Various Registry Fixes."

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps

You might try this from Mike Burgess if you use SpyBot:
'Did you by chance run SpyBot's Immunize feature?
If so, you can unlock by unchecking the option to "Protect IE Control
Panel".
