Hi,

When I try go to the Internet Properties and type in the
Home page that I would want, that works just once, right
after I would have changed the settings. After which the
hame page goes back to the website which is something
else. I am not able to set the home page to the website
that I require.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
