home page

when i open internet explorer the home page that i set up
does not come up. i have tried to change the homepage
through 'internet options' change home page and each time
it still goes back to a different website.
can someone please help me

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
