My default home page keeps changing from my IP Web page
to a search page from MSN. How can I get rid of this
problem?

email: (e-mail address removed)
 
My home page was hijacked by "popnav.com" and I can't
change it back. The "general" tab in "tools" - "internet
options" no longer is active. Any ideas?
