annoying web page will not go away

This web page that is supposed to be a search engine
keeps replacing my default home page (yahoo.com) with its
address. (http://your-search.cc/). When I delete it as
the home page and again make Yahoo.com my homepage, it
eventually comes back. So I tried to restrict the page,
but that doesn't work either. When I'm directed to this
your search page, it has a contact us button which if
pressed has a page that says if you have this page and do
not want it anymore, then download their clean up
software. I did not do this for obvious reasons.

What can I do to get rid of this junk

Thank You,
Brian
