home page - spy ware ?

weird thing.. i've gotad aware prof on my XP computer. now, everytime i start IE, the home page goes to msn.nl. and when i change this back, after a reload, the default "about:blank" is changedto msn.nl again..my ad-aware does mention the reg change, but it can't be blocked.. anyone ?
