Home Page on Internet Explorer

My Internet Explorer has grayed out the place where one should be able to change ones home page. As if Microsoft is refusing to allow me to pick the home page I desire, forcing me to have msn as my home page.

How do I get it enabled so that I can change the home page to one of my choosing.
