Running XP pro & Win 98 SE
Win XP on host machine. Host connected to cable modem via
NIC. Second NIC connected to WIn 98 Machine.
Run network wizard on host. run network wizard on Win 98
PC using XP cd.
98 PC can't see XP pc. Can't see how to access 98 PC from
XP PC.

All versions of windows OS network with each other without problem. Are you
sure you are using a "cross over" cable between the computers? Ensure your
XP built in ICS firewall is disabled as well as any other firewalls you may
have. See:
