I've connected three computers to a network,pc's A,B, and C. B is on a
wireless network and can be accessed by A and C. C is wired and can be
accessed by A and B. A is also wired and cannot be accessed. Error says:

....(shared file) is not accessible. You might not have permission to use
this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out
if you have permission. Access denied.

ipconfig /all says:

First, disabling a personal firewall won't always bring proper results, even if
the problem is the firewall.

Second, the personal firewall, while the most common cause of your problem, is
not the only possibility.

Finally, for a 3 computer network, provide both "browstat status" and "ipconfig
/all" from each computer, for effective diagnosis. Read this article, and
