Home Folder in Profile tab AD

Hi. What is a home folder in profile tab in AD, how i can use it. some links to white paper e.t.

Can i assign some user that her My Documents folder stored on network share //server/share/username but user can get access to MyDocuments Link and Documents and Setting/username/MyDocuments folder

You use the Home Folder text box to specify path to the user's home folder.
You can use GPO's to redirect My Documents to a shared folder.

ok, but i don't understand for what special situation i must use Home Folder?

Well, basically if you want the users to have a drive mapped to their
homefolder in explorer for instance...
