I would hope so but the form says that windows should be pre-loaded on a new
pc from a qualifying system builder. You also need to send your receipt for
which I have 3 or 4. I don't want to give Microsoft the money for postage
only to be rejected and get no refund.
I also have a qualifying laptop but won't be upgrading if I can't upgrade
both.
Yes you can use the coupon just go to the site listed on the coupon to start
the process.
