Since the computer is no longer joined to a domain, a domain user account
and password will not work. Before joining the workgroup, you could have
created a local user account with the same user name and password as your
domain user account. Since this was not done, you must log on with some
other local user account. Unless it has been changed, your computer has a
local user account called administrator. If you don't know the password for
this account or some other local user account, your network adminstrator at
work probably does.
