Holidays calendar Bold numbers in outlook 2000

I added holidays to my calendar in outlook 2000. They are not shown in a bold
font. How can I make them shown in bold fonts
 
Set the events to be 'busy' as opposed to 'free' time
 
Thank you. Is there any way to change the setting to all holidays as Busy?
