Hoe to delete pic. from desktop display options

My pictures are beginning to end up as options for
desktop,I put them in my documents and transfer to my
pic., where they stay and I can work with them. Lately
they are showing up as desktop options. I have El Cheapo
camera and dont use the editing software rhat came with
it, just like e-mailing, posting, and printing them. my
question is how to delete pic from display options.

By default, XP lists all pictures in the "My Pictures" folder as available
for your desktop.
If you don't want them listed there you have to create a new folder and then
move the files from My Pictures to your new folder.

Move them all to another folder then delete all that are
left in my documents and your problem should be solved
