How do I get rid of that $%#$^^&$$!! Links folder on my Favorites Menu?

Does the answer also apply to Windows ME?

Note: Sometimes the option to remove it is in TweakUI, but mostly it isn't.

How do I get rid of that $%#$^^&$$!! Links folder on my Favorites Menu?

Why? I use the Links folder all the time to hold the URLs of the
things I'm currently working on. It's really useful. Saves me having
to go to the Favorites (sp) menu all the time.

Can't you just right click and delete it if you don't want it?

There is no way (that I know of) that you can permanently delete the Links
folder. The best solution I have is to hide the folder and you will never
see it again! To hide it: right-click on the Links folder, select
Properties and check the Hidden attributes box.
