hl-dt-st rw/dvd gcc-4481b

I need help or if anyone is experiencing this problem. cd/dvd burning
programs are not compatible with hl-dt-st rw/dvd gcc-4481b device that i
have in my pc... No matter what program I used including window media
player... I end up with an error. I need to find a solution.. or do i have to
buy another rw/dvd device ???


I have a emachine T2742
OS XP
windows xp sp2
IE sp2
