I am getting an error every time I try to install either Windows Live
Security or Easy Creator 8. It claims I do not have permission but I have
repeatedly set up so I clearly do. i am the only user.

I even tried a Registry cleaner but so far nothing works./

Can I delete the entry or the actual dll or somehow get the Regsitry to
regenerate the key?

Do you have ad-watch running? It's part of ad-aware if so disable it.
