Just a quick question.
Once the history is dumped and the temp internet folders
are empty is the history gone for good or can it still be
opened somehow?
 
Depends on what history you are referring to. URL history or MRU history or log file history and so on and so on. Keep smiling.
 
Gone to a point, The name is removed from the file
allocation table, thus the space is given back and will
be written over. There are recovery programs that can
recover it if it's done before being written over.
 
Honestly i am not sure i am still new to computers , I
did not know there was more than one kind of history, can
you tell me what they are please.

The data can be recovered with specialized recovery software and
certainly by data recovery professionals and computer forensic
professionals. If you aren't concerned with this degree of secrecy,
then don't worry about it.
