History wont clear

History wont clear when Days to keep history is set to
zero in Tools/Internet Options.????

Clearing History May Not Remove Pages You Visited Today in Internet Explorer
After you click Clear History on the General tab of Internet Options, Web pages
that you visited today may not be removed from your history.
