History List

I have five items in my history list, can I clear the list and if so what
happens to the five items on that list, the status on the iems says
succeeded. I have nothing in quarantine and nothing in Allowed Items list.
My home page says my computer is running normally.

Nothing would happen, you would just clear your history of those entries
permanently.
