history and address bar

Neither my history or address bar seems to be holding any
information.
It automatically deletes my history informtion and has no
recently web sites on my address bar
this is a new problem- anyone know of what the problem
might be.

Helen,

Look in Tools > Internet Options. In the History Section "Days to keep pages
in History might be set to 0 or 1. Set the number of days to suit yourself

History>Days to keep pages in history>ok

Hi
Did that- I have always had it about 30 days- I have never changed it but
somehow now it just does not hold the information any more- the same thing
with my address bar.
I also at some time have problems with my Quicken holding informaiton on my
stocks.
Any more ideas-
