HiJackThis will not run? Permissions?

I am trying to run HiJackThis on a Windows XP SP2 Home Edition system, but a dialog box
pops up saying that the user does not have the permissions to run the software. The user
profile is for an administrator. I then booted into Safe Mode, looked at the Security
tab, and the user DOES have all permissions checked. I have not run into this problem
running HiJackThis on any other systems. Any ideas?

Run CHKDSK /F it may clear some "minor" security descriptor errors.
