hijacker in tmp file

When I do an adress bar search I get an unwanted "search for" web page come up. I have run adware, spybot, and hijack this as well as restore of registry. I have located the file causing the problem as a tmp file named e49dd43c that is placed in my TEMP folder of Windows Me. When i delete it the problem goes away and stays away until the next day when it reoccurs and the tmp file is back. does anyone know the source of this file and how I can get rid of it

If you have system restore on, you may be inadvertently restoring the
program after you clean it.
