hijacked start page in IE 6.0

Although I have set my home page to be www.yahoo.com, IE
nearly always opens with the following, obviously
Microsoft-implanted web page:
http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?
srch=105&FORM=AS5&q=Internet+Explorer

I am really getting tired of having to click out of this
every time. Is there any way to get rid of it?
