hijacked internet connection

My internet connection keeps getting hijacked by
something called "selltrax" and my homepage has been
hijacked by something which only states "about:blank". My
ISP helpline (NTL) just told me to download and run
Spybot Search and destroy - it doesn't work! Any advice
greatly appreciated.
