Hijack This Log Entry SvcProc

this morning I got the SAH agent scumware on my PC. I have removed it with
spybot and ad-aware.in my hijack this log is the entry''O23 - Service: System
Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - D:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe''. It has
only come in the log since i got SAH agent scumware.any ideas on what it is
and is it 'curable'.the rest of the log is known to me
