Hijack problem

When I logon to my chosen Home Page I am redirected to
http://solongas.com/enter.htm?id=9
And an error message pops up saying that scpStelth.cih ver
2.010 is trying to take over my computer.
Neither the Microsoft Beta spyware, McAfee or Spyware
Vanisher as found this Hijacker.
