Can you Highlight and or copy numerous words in a
document? I would like to copy 3 or 4 different words in
a paragraph and have them placed together in a new
paragraph without having to go back and do it one word at
a time?

thanks,

Display the Clipboard toolbar (if it's not showing, right-click any toolbar,
select customise, select Clipboard).

Clear the clipboard (the X icon on the Clipboard toolbar).

Select and copy each of the words you want. You have to do this one at a
time.

Move to the target location. Click the Paste All button.

Alternatively, in Word 2002, you can select noncontiguous text by selecting
the first bit, then pressing Ctrl while adding to the selection.
