highlight the destination bookmark in internet explorer

When Clicking on a hyperlink to navigate to a bookmark I would like the
bookmark to be highlighted so the user knows where they have been sent in the
document.

That is not a FP related issue.

If you want the link to change color after they have visited it, make sure
that the visited color for the link is different from the active color for
the link. The body tag has an attribute called VLINK that can define the
color of the visited link. If the bookmarks are all in the same page, they
will all change color because the browser doesn't necessarily distinguish
them as seperate since, to it, they all go to the same page regardless of
whether or not they go to different places place (meaning they will all
change color if they point to the same page).

Unfortunately, there's really nothing that can be done to overcome this as
it's an HTML behavior.

Hope this helps,
