High/Medium/Low policies for Windows 2000/2003

I remember loading these AD policies in class, but for the life of me can't
remember where they are. I need to be able to examine them to see if we want
to use one of these default policies. Can anyone tell me where they are
located?

Are you remember Security Templates:

Compat (NT compatibility)
Basic
Secure
HiSec

If you mean those Security Templates they can be viewed
and managed in Security Configuration and Analysis MMC
or through command line SecEdit.

They may also be imported into a GPO (right click on
Security are of the Computer->Windows Settings (->Security).

Also note that these templates are generally INCREMENTAL,
meaning that you cannot just jump to "HiSec" and except to
see all suitable changes.
