Hiding yahoo messenger as an administrator

Hello there,
I am an administrator on my computer. I installed yahoo messenger. I
do not want my younger sister, who has her own restricted user
account, to be able to use or see this application. What do I do to
do this? Thanks a lot!

1. Take the icon out of the c:\documents and settings\all users profile
and move it into your profile
2. Assign permissions to the Yahoo Messenger folder under program files
to deny your sister access.
