Hiding Outlook in the taskbar-'Hide when minimized' doesn't show.

How can I hide my Outlook inbox in the taskbar if the "Hide when minimized"
item doesn't show up in the shortcut menu when I right click on it?
 
What version of Outlook and Windows are you running? What do you get when you
right-click on Outlook in the System Tray?
