Hide outlook when minimized

I use outlook 2002, can I hide the icon of outlook when minimized like
outlook2003?

Goto Edit-> New-> DWORD Value.
Name the value MinToTray (case sensitive!)
Double-click on the newly created value and give it the value of 1
