Hiding My Active Access Database in TaskBar

i want to design an access database that only monitors my data on my back-end
database. and i want that this database is not visible to any user when
running insted showing only an icon in my taskbar and that can prompt or show
a notification form if any new data is found that pass my criteria,
is ther any code how to deal this or any URL that has a subject that can
answer .
