Hiding Address in LDAP

we are having ex2k3 and outlook 2k3 and outlook 2k as clients.There are few
mailboxes which are hidden and cannot be seen in GAL..but if u use any mail
clients outlook/outlook express ..we can see the hidden address as well ..Is
there any way we can hide those addresses as we don't want any one to send
mail to those addresses except for the persons who knows the address...it shd
not resolve the name when we use ctrl k feature in oUtlook...Early
suggesstion in this resard is appreciated...

Is it possible that some addresses are cached in the NK2 files and that is
where they are being pulled from?

You need to be more specific regarding your "..but if u use any mail >
clients outlook/outlook express ..we can see the hidden address as well "
comment.

Where do you see these mailboxes? If you are seeing them in the TO: field,
then it is most probably being pulled from the NK2 cache file.

We have a solution that can remove unwanted entries from all cache files.
Assuming that this is the issue, you can contact me at support (at)
ingressor.com. We have a program that can clean unwanted data from the
cache. It runs behind the user's login script or it can be executed in
batch mode.
