Hide Text & Image Zone Box in a Word Newsletter when Sending by Em

I have used a word template from the microsoft site to create a newsletter
which I want to send by email. The word doc includes text & image zones
(outlined by boxes). I protected the doc before doing file - send, but in the
email (although the hyperlinks work and the text can't be modified) these
boxes still appear when I click on the text. I can't seem to work out how to
prevent this - it looks really non-pro. Any advice would be v welcome. I know
I could do the whole layout with tabs to avoid this but it kind of defeats
the object of having a template (which is a much better job than I'd manage
anyway!). There must be a way round this!! Help!

Hi Goldy,

Do you have the link to or the name of the specific template you're working with from http://office.microsoft.com/templates?
