hide names/addresses in outgoing email

I would like to send out a group email, but I do not want everyone receiving
it to be able to see everyone else's name or address who is also receiving
it. I can make a distribution list , but the list of names and/or addresses
is still visible to the recipients. I am using Outlook 2000.
