I hide folder in windows xp SP2 and I can't restore it again

What can I do

I do this but not working:

1--

Tools – folder option – view

Show hidden file and folders

The name of my folder (My Folder)

And I'm try to use command prompt (attrib –h ) but there is space between My
and folder and I can't solve this problem because this message appear to me

Parameter format not correct

What can I do

Put the name of your folder in quotes in the path to the file at the
command line. No, it's not a bug.
