Hide completed tasks on Outlook Today (not TaskPane)?

I can hide my completed tasks on the Task Pane but they are still showing up
on the main Outlook Today page and I can't find out how to customize that
view. any help?

Has anyone given you a solution for this? Many users seem to be having the
same problem (including me,) and there is nothing on the Microsft Knowledge
Base to help solve it.
