Hidden Public Folder Tree

Hey,
Ive got this issue where the Public Folders tree seems hidden.
Ive got an Exchange 2003 Server which by all means looks liek it's serving
Public Folders alright, and the on Terminal Server which all the users log
onto, if you got Right-Click -> New -> Folder, you can create a folder in the
Public Folders tree, and next time you go back to the dialog box, your folder
is there no dramas. It's just that the Public Folders tree never appears in
the Navigation Pane, for user accounts or the administrator account.

Im sure it'll be something pretty straight forward, but when looking at all
the results Ive found on Google about Public Folders, they assume you can
already see and open the tree.

Any ideas appreciated.
Cheers,
Jeff

let's start with the basics - the Public Folder shows when you are in the
Folder List view of the Navigation Pain. If you stay in the default Mail
view, it is hidden.

Did that help?

and I guessed it could be too.
