I have accidentally hidden a bunch of my folders. I have reset them so that
they are not hidden, but now I cannot retrieve information from them. All of
my music files have disappeared from Windows Media Player but they are still
on the computer. When I try to transfer them to the player by search or by
telling the player to transfer a file it does nothing. How can I get my files
back to the player?

Unhide your folders.

Go to My Computer -> Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Show hidden
files and folders. You can change it back afterwards. Now that you can
see the folders, slect them all (hold down the CTRL key while clicking
them), then right-click them, and select properties. Under the
Attributes section, unselect the hidden properties. Then Click OK. It'll
ask you if you want to apply the settings to all subfolders and files,
too. Select YES.
