To what extent are _hidden folders hidden?

To the extent that trying to access _private will open the password panel.
Any other folders you create and precede with an underscore in the name are
freely accessible.

Try opening the _borders folder on a published web.

Other than the _private folder, hidden folder are hidden on from certain FP webbot components, such
as the search and TOC.
