Hidden folder (_derived) is not showing up

I am unable to view the _derived folder in FrontPage. It shows up on windows
explorer, but does not appear at all in FrontPage.
I looked at the properties of the folder and everything is fine, as well as
the security.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not meant to be seen in FP.

With your web open, go into site settings and check "Display hidden folders>"
