_derived folder missing --> PLEASE HELP

I am using FrontPage 2003 to create a Website that I host on GoDaddy. I have
the FP extension installed on my server. My link bar is displaying
incorrectly on GoDaddy because it is trying to display files from the
_derived folder that are missing (check it out on jasonryanmd.com). My FP
2003 on my desktop does not have a _derived folder so I cannot understand:
Where does this folder come from when it appears in my Godaddy files? How can
I repopulate it with the images for my link bar? I have been trying to solve
this problem for days. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your site does not have FPSE installed. GoDaddy is notorious for tell people
the extensions are installed but NOT.

jasonryanmd.com/_vti_inf.html should return a FP extensions confirmation
page if the extensions are installed
