Hidden Files

I have a user that claims her word documents disappear in front of her eyes
on her screen. Finding this weird, I did a search and found that the files
were hidden. She states she did nothing (of course they all say this). Is
there some type of keyboard combination that makes files suddenly hide?
She is using MSWord from Office 2003 and Windows XP and I am puzzled at why
certain MSWord documents revert to hidden status. Any help or info would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, Allen.

You'd have a much better chance of getting help for this Word problem in one
of the several Word or Office newsgroups. This doesn't really sound like a
winxp.basics question.

Your user is probably saving the documents as templates..
