Hidden directory

I'm having a problem seeing a directory on one of my partitions.

I backup it up using xcopy to a USB drive. I now want to delete/format the
drive but I can't. The directory has changed it attributes and become a
hidden system folder. I need to change this!

There are no system files or programs installed or running for this drive.
There is only downloads and useful documents.

did you figure out how to fix your xcopy / hidden directory issue? I have the
same problem and have not been able to fix it. Setting windows to show
hidden files does not help and I cannot reset the hidden attribute for the
directory.

The source and destination are hidden on my drives now. This is only
happening to my music backup. Pictures and other files have never been an
issue.
