hidden cells

I have a very strange thing that just happened with one of my spreadsheets.
All the information entered in the cells is still there, but nothing shows on
the spreadsheet. I have researched everything I can find about hidden cells,
but nothing applies here. I havent lost the data, I just can't see it in the
cells. I don't know what I did to make everything disappear. Can anyone
help me get the data to show up again?
