hibernation-stanby problem

Everytime I try to hibernate or put my computer into standby a little window
pops ups that says that the 101/102 key keyboard or PS2 natural keyboard
driver is preventing windows from going into stand by. I don't even use a
microsoft "natural" keyboard. Someone please help me
